New Systems

It does not matter what size your business is we generally follow the same processes in assessing the needs of our clients and advising on a suitable solution, it can just get a bit more complicated for the bigger operations. Initially we follow these steps but we do as much or as little as the situation demands. They would however include:

  • Initial discussion to find out more about your business & how it runs

  • Recommendation & discussion around which systems to use & how to use them

  • Scoping analysis of your full system to facilitate the implementation of the new system

  • Design & build the new system, including charts of accounts, stock system, debtors, creditors etc.

  • There is then a period of final preparation before going live

  • Going live we monitor the progress and intervene where necessary

  • Once all has settle we move into a support phase making sure the system operates as it was designed.
